 God's wrath will soon be poured out on America. We have laughed in His face while promoting homosexuality, disregarding the Bible, couples living together before they are married, and even people who profess to be Christian embracing all these things.

 We will soon find out that unless we repent and seek God's forgiveness, that God does mean what He says in Scripture. He will deal with us according to our conduct. Ezekiel 7:27

Hosea 1

The word of the Lord that came to Hosea son of Beeri during the reigns of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and during the reign of Jeroboam son of Jehoash king of Israel: When the Lord began to speak through Hosea, the Lord said to him, “Go, marry a promiscuous woman and have children with her, for like an adulterous wife this land is guilty of unfaithfulness to the Lord.” So he married Gomer daughter of Diblaim, and she conceived and bore him a son. Then the Lord said to Hosea, “Call him Jezreel, because I will soon punish the house of Jehu for the massacre at Jezreel, and I will put an end to the kingdom of Israel. In that day I will break Israel’s bow in the Valley of Jezreel.” Gomer conceived again and gave birth to a daughter. Then the Lord said to Hosea, “Call her Lo-Ruhamah (which means “not loved”), for I will no longer show love to Israel, that I should at all forgive them. Yet I will show love to Judah; and I will save them—not by bow, sword or battle, or by horses and horsemen, but I, the Lord their God, will save them.” After she had weaned Lo-Ruhamah, Gomer had another son. Then the Lord said, “Call him Lo-Ammi (which means “not my people”), for you are not my people, and I am not your God. “Yet the Israelites will be like the sand on the seashore, which cannot be measured or counted. In the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ they will be called ‘children of the living God.’ The people of Judah and the people of Israel will come together; they will appoint one leader and will come up out of the land, for great will be the day of Jezreel. Shawn and Gus

This girl is like a big sister to me. We fight like sisters. She is at college now; which I don't like that she isn't here, but I am so proud of her. We still talk regularly and she surprise us when she comes in town. Julianna won't hang up without saying she loves us.
She went to Winter Jam last year with us, and I was disappointed she wasn't going this year. But as it turned out she was going to be home to go with us! We have a lot of fun together....she is just as weird(is it possible weirder?) as I am. Just look at the pictures......
I am Gus she is Shawn. Yes, we have to choose characters off of shows....:)

Till Eternity

Grandaddy met Jesus last Wednesday in the morning. Granny met Jesus in 2005. I want to tell you my Granddaddy's story because he didn't have time to share his testimony and I know he wants you to know it. My earliest memory of Grandaddy is him showing us inside of this observatory that looked kinda like a boiled egg. He was so intelligent it scared me. Although to this day I still don't fully understand what this dome did; I know it was like a telescope. Computers were inside of it and it looked impressive! It was small so only one B (Breanna, Brooklyn, and Brittany- three B's.....we're sisters.) could get inside at a time for Grandaddy to give the tour. He would move the telescope by doing something on a computer and show us stars. If you have ever watched The Santa Clause 2 where at the beginning they are at the command center and they are pushing all kinds of buttons, talking in a foreign language, and looking pretty snazzy while doing it....that's what this was like.
 He also had a computer inside that he could control the dome. He would move the camera around to find stars. Grandaddy even bought a star for Granny and he showed the certificate to us.
 We would play hide and seek or run in the yard to entertain ourselves while the adults talked. However, soon we got past this stage and we would sit quietly in front of the fireplace on the tile and just listen.
 I also remember flower pots that had boisterous flowers in them. They were so colourful; and there were so many! I don't have a lot of memories of Granny. I can remember her on the porch though. At her funeral I remember my Papa smiling and laughing and I wondered why he was so happy. I just admire him more for his attitude.
 After I accepted Christ as my Savior, I learned that Grandaddy wasn't saved, and not only that, he adamantly refused to talk about God. This was hard for me as a child; I wanted to tell my Grandaddy about my faith. I thought about writing him a letter telling him my testimony, but he had told the family not to speak of it so I never did.
About a year and half ago, maybe two years ago, I thought that maybe the family wasn't the one to bring Grandaddy to Christ. I began to pray that God would put someone in Granddaddy's path to witness to him, anyone!
 A little while after that Sharon came. She was Granddaddy's caretaker. When Grandaddy got worse she could watch a monitor and see if he was alert or not. When he was she would read the Bible and witness to him. Finally Satan's power died on Grandaddy when he woke up and told Sharon that she needed to pray with him. He accepted Christ. Christ free gift of salvation. If you don't know Jesus as your personal Savior please don't go one more moment without Him.  My family had been praying YEARS for Grandaddy to accept Christ and now he did. It was the most wonderful feeling. I had asked God to show me His vast love for me, how deep and wide it was; and He gave me just a glimpse of it through Granddaddy's salvation.
 I miss Granddaddy and Granny. I wish I would have known them better, but we have an eternity to catch up, so for now I just wait.

At The Cross

Most people love us because of the things we do for them. We have give and take relationships. We love people for what they do for us, while they love us because of what we can do for them. That's a mouthful!
 When Christ went to the cross He did not die because we were good. Romans 5: 6-8-You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Nothing we do can earn God's favoritism. He does not simply love; He IS love. Love is not simply one of His attributes; it's who He is.
 This wonderful gift of salvation is not unattainable. Salvation- having a personal relationship with Christ- is available for all who will call upon Him. Romans 10:13- for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." Joel 2:32- And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, among the survivors whom the LORD calls. Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.' All you have to do to have a relationship with Jesus is- confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the grave (Romans 10:9.) Believing this is not hard because it is the truth. Whether you accept Christ as your personal Savior or not( meaning you believe that He is the only way your sins can be forgiven; and that He died for your sins once for all on the cross) does not change the fact that He died to save you from your sins.
